Man sues neighbour for failing to get his wife pregnant

A GERMAN man is sueing his neighbour after he failed to get his wife pregnant.

Demetrius Soupolos, 29, from Stuttgart, Germany, paid his neighbour to have sex with his wife so that she would fall pregnant.

But after several months and no pregnancy the neighbour went for a test and was also found to be sterile.

Now Dementrius is sueing to get a refund.
