Residents locked out of brand-new tornado shelter
A GROUP of residents in America rushed to to their brand-new tornado shelter - only to find it locked up.
About 20 people found themselves forced to stand outside the new facility in Alma, Arkansas, in the wild weather.
"If I knew it wasn't going to be open, I would have went somewhere else instead of waiting outside in the storm with my children," said mum Heather Barber.
