THE results of this year’s Strathaven Camera Club’s annual exhibition were as follows: Beginners’ pictorial: 1st William Gardner, Autumn In The Country; 2nd Alastair Muir, Where’s Breakfast?

Intermediate pictorial: 1st Eric Malley, Crathes Church, Aberdeenshire; 2nd Eric Malley, Armadillo and Swing Bridge, Clydeside; 3rd Eric Malley, The Beauty of Seville.

Intermediate/advanced portrait: 1st Nigel Brooke, Rural Portrait; 2nd Nigel Brooke, North American Musician; 3rd Eric Malley, Janice.

Advanced monochrome pictorial: 1st Andy Tye, Keem Bay; 2nd Andy Tye, Beyond Tighnabruich; 3rd Joyce Manson, Old Town, Annecy.

Advanced colour pictorial: 1st Nigel Brooke, Shaded Burn, Kilsyth; 2nd Joyce Manson, Alpine Snow Ridge; 3rd Joyce Manson, Coastal Sunset.

Slides: 1st Joyce Manson Stormy Sea; 2nd Joyce Manson, Aira Beck; 3rd Joyce Manson, Misty Morning.

Premier award: Joyce Manson — Alpine Snow Ridge.

Monthly competition, prints: 1st Joyce Manson, 2nd Elspeth Fear, 3rd Terry Primrose.

Monthly competition slides: 1st Terry Primrose, 2nd Margaret Gray, 3rd Elspeth Fear.

The exhibition was judged by John Coyle of Pennilee club.

The club meet on Thursdays at 7.30pm upstairs in the Rankin Church Hall, Strathaven.
