Strathaven community grants
THE following groups have succesfully applied for money under the council community grants scheme and received cash as follows:
Glassford Youth Club, £300 for equipment.
Drumclog Kirk Guild, £250 for and outing and entrance fees.
Strathaven East Parish Church Guild, £200 for an outing.
Glassford Women’s Rural Institute, £250 for an outing and entrance fees.
If anyone knows of any local group which may benefit from a community grant contact John Burke, administration services, on 01698 454066, for an application form.
