Strathaven music pupils in treat for guild

MEMBERS and invited guests of the Glassford Guild were treated to a musical extravaganza last week by Strathaven Academy music pupils.

Violinists, solo singers and the jazz band played during the Guild’s hospitality evening held in the Glassford Parish Church last Wednesday.

Guild member Jean Schofield was delihted to meet the Strathaven Academy jazz band and music pupils.
