Newfield Primary pupils receive awards

STAFF and pupils at Newfield Primary celebrated the successes of the school year at the end-of-term prize giving last week.

Endeavour certificates were presented to Greg Hamilton, Victoria Pringle, Kayleigh Hunter, Cara Noon, Brooklyn Abby, Caitlin Cree, Cole Rock and Kelsey Lennox.

The netball shield went to Lindsey McIntyre and the netball endeavour award went to Chloe Muir.

Also in the sporting category, the football shield went to Lyle Thompson and the football endeavour award was won by Ross Potter.

Lewis Aird (P3) won the Jenny Glen award for citizenship and the Ambassador Award, also for citizenship, went to primary seven pupil Ellie Murray.

The primary seven academic shield was awarded to Callum Lee.

The house cup for endeavour and the house shield for sports were both won by Clyde house.
