Stonehouse residents asked to donate blood
PEOPLE living in Stonehouse are being urged to donate blood when the Blood Transfusion Service visit the area this month.
The mobile donating team will be available at The Institute, New Street, on Friday, May 23, from 4pm till 7.30pm.
Support for the service is urgently needed to help raise the 1000 units of blood required every day to meet the demand to treat patients in Scottish hospitals.
