A QUANTITY of cash was stolen from a house in Carfin Street, New Stevenston, between 9am and 8.30pm on July 5.
A three-figure sum of £1 coins, a three-figure sum of £2 coins and a three-figure sum of £20 notes were taken.

A 20-year-old Bellshill man was caught carrying drugs in the town.
