Final unit at business park now occupied

A 10-YEAR deal for the last remaining unit in Strathclyde Business Park’s Retail Parade has been concluded.
The 558sq. ft. unit has been let to Bellissimo, a new coffee shop concept operated by Mathieson’s Bakeries.
The store will open in July and will sell a range of freshly made food and Italian coffee.
Park Developer HF Developments have invested in improving tenants amenities and facilities.
Managing director William Hill said: “Strathclyde Business Park has led the field in Scottish business parks for quality of environment, facilities and accommodation, and we continue to invest and improve the quality of working life for the ever-increasing numbers who are based here.
“We are delighted to welcome Bellissimo to the Park and wish them every success in their new venture.”
