A GROUP of 41 pupils at Braidhurst High School spent six fun-packed days in Paris recently.
Accompanied by five members of staff, the pupils visited all of the main tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Sacre-Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Notre Dame Cathedral.
The party also spent time at the Euro Disney and Asterix theme parks as well as enjoying a guided tour of the Stade de France, a trip on a bateau mouche on the River Seine and an evening at Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show in Disney Village.
To the delight of the group, S3 pupil Kyle Henry was selected to practice his cowboy skills with Disney’s very own Annie Oakley.
All pupils who went on the trip thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to extend their knowledge of French culture and the French language.
