New bus service for theme park

A SPECIFIC local bus service has been provided for visitors to M&D’s Theme Park.

From Monday, May 26, visitors from Bellshill, Motherwell and Hamilton will be able to use specific buses to take them to the family attraction.

The 777 bus route will cover Bellshill and Motherwell, while the 999 service will service Hamilton and Bothwell Road.

Adults will pay £1 and children will pay 60p for a single fare at all times of the day.

The seven-days-per-week, hourly service will start and end at M&D’s, with stops throughout the three towns.
