Staff at a Motherwell store jet off for their prize holiday
A MOTHERWELL store has become one of eight UK shops to win a national competition.
The store manager and a member of staff at Superdrug will jet off for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Seattle today (Thursday).
The Motherwell outlet was nominated by area manager Wendy Alexander, as a store with high morale among the staff and excellent customer service.
Wendy was thrilled that they had won, and said: “I nominated the Motherwell team as excellent. The manager there leads by example and has a team with consistently high morale and superb results.”
Store manager Kerri O’Neill has worked at Superdrug in Brandon Parade for four years and will be going to Seattle with Christine Brown, the assistant manager.
The two started work there exactly the same day as each other four years ago.
The winning team members will jet off for a fun-filled trip of coffee drinking, whale watching and fishing in the emerald city.
