Friends of Morgan Glen looking for extra members
FRIENDS of Morgan Glen are looking for new volunteers.
Anyone interested in the beauty spot in Larkhall should go along to the group’s third AGM, to be held in the lounge of Larkhall Community Centre, 19 Montgomery Street, on Monday at 7.30pm.
The group hope that the Avon Gorge will be given Nature Reserve status by the end of the month.
Ann Rankin, secretary of Friends of Morgan Glen, said: “We are looking for new members to join us and help to spread the word about the glen. We are aiming to make the public aware of our local beauty spot.”
