Plans to build 24 flats in Lanark for rent

CLYDESDALE Housing Association have announced plans for a major new development within Lanark.

They want to build 24 flats on land at The Roddings, Lanark.

Wilson Developments Ltd, Beckford Business Centre, Hamilton, have applied for planning permission to build the flats on behalf of the housing association.

This is just one of a large number of developments proposed for Clydesdale.

Other developments in the area for which plans have been lodged with South Lanarkshire Council in Lanark include: erection of sun room extension to rear of dwellinghouse and re-roofing of property at 151 Clyde Street, Carluke, for Mr and Mrs J. Russell.
