Dare is set for a meeting to promote arts in Clydesdale

SOUTH Lanarkshire Voluntary Arts Network Forum have issued an open invitation to Clydesdale organisations to attend their next meeting in Lanark next Wednesday.

SLVAN work together with several partners to promote the arts in Clydesdale.

The first meeting was a huge success, with representatives from over 40 organisations attending.

Membership is open to anyone engaged in the wide range of arts in the area; visual, media, crafts, creative writing, dance, music, drama and performing arts groups.

The next meeting is being held in Lanark Memorial Hall on Wednesday, May 21, at 7pm.
