CARNWATH Bowling Club welcomed a large turnout of members and guests to their opening of the green on April 15. President James Calder, vice president Des Craig and the committee are offered best wishes for the season.
President of the ladies’ section, Margaret Dick, welcomed member and guests to their opening on April 16. Best wishes for a successful season go to Margaret, vice president Nancy Warwick and the committee.
AN indoor boot sale will be held at Carnwath Church on Saturday from 10am till 1pm.
Admission costs 50p which includes a lucky ticket. A lucky ticket draw will be held every 30 minutes.
Teas, coffees and home baking will be served throughout the day.
