A HAMILTON woman who had smashed a car with a metal pole was this week admonished and dismissed.
Vivian Nelson, of Neilson Street, had pleaded guilty to a charge of recklessly destroying or damaging a Ford Mondeo with the weapon in Queens Drive on November 28 last year.
The 37-year-old had also admitted committing a breach of the peace there by brandishing the pole and uttering offensive remarks.
At Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, Sheriff Ray Small admonished and dismissed Nelson on both charges.
