Trust stage Xmas show

MORE than 50 youngsters took centre stage at the Machan Trust’s biannual drama show.

They wowed a 200-strong crowd with their acting, singing and dancing talents at the event in St Machan’s Trust on Saturday, December 6.

The show called, 'A Very Machan Christmas' consisted of a Christmas carol scene with the group’s very own grumpy Ebenezer Scrooge, plus some sketches written by the young people themselves.

Heather Jackson, volunteer coordinator at the Machan Trust, said; “We would like to say a huge well done to all the young people and workers who put in hours of work towards the show as the night was a great success. We would also like to thank everyone who came along on a very cold night to support the drama group and who gave kind donations to the Trust.”
