Youth project have soccer derby prize package on offer

FOOTBALL fans are being given the chance to win top match tickets for next month’s Lanarkshire derby.

Hyzone, a youth project based in Hamilton, are offering a top pair of tickets for Motherwell v Accies at Fir Park on Saturday, November 1, in a bid to raise money for the group.

The lucky winner will become a member of the Millennium Club and be given two seats in the director’s box, a meal and complementary drinks.

In order to have a chance to win the great package, worth about £220, all people have to do is make a donation to Hyzone, who are based within Universal Connections in Woodside Walk.

People can make their donation by filling out a form at the St John’s Church Coffee Shop in Duke Street.

Hyzone, a detached youth work project, was set up by five local churches who work in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council.

Up to 30 youngsters aged between 12 and 17 go along to the club on Sunday nights to play pool between 6pm and 9pm.
