TV crafts expert will visit Hamilton for demo

THE Ink Spot in Castle Street, Hamilton, will be the venue next Friday and Saturday, September 12 and 13, for a demonstration by Create and Craft TV presenter Stephanie Weightman.

It has been 10 years since Stephanie has performed a demonstration for an independent retailer in Scotland.

She will be demonstrating card-making and other crafts and will also do an exclusive retail Christmas demo.

Stephanie has been crafting for many years. At the age of 20, she had set up her own fashion and textile company and a short time later crafting became the main focus of her business.

In 1996, Stephanie made a number of TV appearances, including Masterchef and Our House.

From there she made regular guest appearances on TV shopping channels until the call came from Ideal Shopping Direct to present on their channels, Create & Craft and Ideal World.

Stephanie (awarded TV Presenter of the Year 2008 at the Craft Hobby and Stitch International Awards) will be demonstrating on both days between 10am and 4pm.
