It’s time to enrol for Saturday morning classes

TUTORS for Hamilton District Arts Guild’s Saturday morning classes will be on hand on Saturday 30 to chat to new starts and former members who would like to enrol for the new term.

The venue is again St Mary’s Primary School, Hamilton.

Children from the age of eight can join either keyboard or guitar classes but they need their own instruments.

There will be a class charge per morning of £2 or a one-off payment of £18 to cover the full term, giving two mornings free, plus a guild membership fee of £8 for the full year.

Children aged six and upwards might like art/arts and crafts (no need to bring materials).

Costs are the same as for the music classes.

The adult art group, with a new tutor for this year, welcomes all who would like to try, whether beginners or more experienced.

Ladies may opt for the Stitch Club, open to anyone who is interested in stitch craft or knitting in a friendly setting with a tutor.

Costs for adults are £3 per class or an initial payment of £27, two mornings being free.

Membership of the guild is in addition and is £10 for the full season.
