A CEMENT mixer was stolen from a flat in Main Street, Overtown at about 7.50am on July 16.

The flat is currently undergoing renovation and had been unoccupied since 9.30pm the previous night.

A quantity of tools were also taken during the break in.

The value of the property stolen is a high three figure sum.

Police say due to the nature of the property stolen it would appear that a vehicle may have been used during the crime.
