Hamilton School pupils are sitting pretty

ST JOHN’S Primary School in Hamilton recently hosted their ‘Full Bloom Day’ to celebrate the launch of the second phase of their garden project.

The event was sponsored by Alfred McAlpine and heralded the much-anticipated arrival of the school’s three benches to complete the garden project.

The benches were designed by the winners of St John’s previous ‘Money Makers Mansion’ competition, which was also sponsored by Alfred McAlpine and National Tyres.

All the children in the school took part in various garden themed activities including a bouncy slide, Eco challenges and fun and fitness.
