Man denies sex charge

A BELLSHILL man has denied touching himself sexually in public.

Paul Cowan (44), of Kirklee Road, is alleged to have committed the breach of the peace in Old Edinburgh Road in Viewpark on April 22.

At Hamilton Sheriff Court last week, Sheriff Thomas Welsh set the trial for June and granted Cowan bail.
