PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER champ Mark Gardiner is set to play kids from all across Lanarkshire at the M&D’s hijack event this May.
The Hamilton man will join Big Brother winner John Loughton and Clyde 1’s Gina McKie on a weekend that will see young people from Lanarkshire receive £5 off an M&D’s all day pass, providing they have their Young Scot Cards.
Mark said: “I’m the best in the UK and young people are welcome to come and challenge me.
“There’s going to be prizes on offer, but I can’t say what they are just yet.”
John Loughton will organise ‘hijack’ scenarios similar to what he experienced in Big Brother.
He said: “In Big Brother I was hijacked enough and I know what it feels like. But now the tables have turned and I’m going to be doing the hijacking.
“I’ve got a few things lined up, but I can’t say what they are just yet.”
Clyde 1 will be providing entertainment for the weekend, Gina McKie said: “Apart from anything else we want to have fun and we want everyone else to have fun.”
“Whether its people coming a long for the rollercoaster, or Amazonia to handle snakes and spiders, we’re up for anything and everything.”
The Young Scot M&D’s Hijack weekend takes place on the weekend of 17 and 18 May.
