County gyms band together to support charity for women

KIND-HEARTED members at Curves’ three Lanarkshire clubs have donated almost a ton of food and groceries and over £3000 through its Food Drive campaign to Hamilton’s Women’s Aid charity.

The charity provide a free, confidential service to those who are experiencing domestic abuse.

In support of International Women’s Day this year, women’s gym Curves in Hamilton, Uddingston and Larkhall encouraged new and existing members to donate non-perishable groceries and in return Curves waived the £119 joining fee for new members.
