New toilets at Bellshill station

FIRST ScotRail passengers using Bellshill station will soon benefit from new public toilets as the rail operators finalise a further £1million investment to improve safety and facilities across Scotland.

Work is currently underway and due for completion by the end of this month.

Peter Williams, commercial director at First ScotRail, said: “This latest round of investment reflects our ongoing commitment to improving the experience of travelling on trains. From the latest journey information to increased comfort, we are delivering a public-transport service that meets the needs of our customers.”
