Hamilton Pensioner faces child sex charges

A HAMILTON man has been charged with three counts of lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards children.

Giovanni Cocozza, of Low Waters Road, appeared on petition at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Saturday, March 22.

The 75-year-old made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination.

Cocozza was bailed by Sheriff David Bicket on the condition that he attends an identification parade.
