Uddingston Villagers flock to craft fair

AROUND 250 exhibits were on show during an arts and crafts fair held under the auspices of Uddingston Pride.

Oils, watercolours and acrylics were included along with recycled wood, leather and a mix of other materials.

Alex Stephen of Uddingston Pride said: “The superb delicate, time consuming and skilled work of the craftspeople was a joy to see and much appreciated by all.

“Twenty paintings were sold to the delight of the artists and interest was shown in many others.”
