Blantyre Inner Wheel event raised £750

BLANTYRE Inner Wheel Club president Audrey Smith, accompanied by members Isobel Jack, Isobel Robinson and Lily Fulston, presented a cheque for £750 to Linda Miller of Crossroads.

Crossroads is Scotland’s largest provider of short breaks and practical support for carers. They represent the interests of 46 local services throughout the country.

Their services are available to all carers regardless of the age, disability or illness of the person receiving care. A local branch operates from Blantyre Health Centre.

Blantyre Inner Wheel Club raised the cash at a coffee morning and members would like to thank everyone who gave so generously at this event.
