Attack man fined £250
A BLANTYRE man has been fined for headbutting another man.
Henry Black (41), of Auchintibber Court, assaulted Aaron Black at an address in Motherwell’s Columba Crescent on February 16.
He admitted the assault at Hamilton Sheriff Court last month.
But his not guilty plea to seizing hold of Christine Tiquin’s clothing before punching her on the head and kicking her on the body was accepted by the Crown.
Sheriff Joyce Powrie fined Black £250.
