Grand effort by primary school pupils

CHATELHERAULT Primary School pupils have raised £1000 for charity.

To raise the money, the P6 and P7 pupils organised themselves as a business entitled Kid Line.

They organised a raffle and wrote letters to local businesses asking for support and donations and made posters to publicise the event.

A ‘Red Day’ was also held in which pupils donated cash to wear red-coloured clothes to school.

The money raised was donated to Radio Clyde’s Cash for Kids appeal.
