PTA to stage Christmas Fair

HAMILTON’S Woodhead Primary School PTA are staging a Christmas Fair at the school on Saturday, December 6.

The event will run from noon till 2pm and entry is only 50p.

The fun-packed day will include face-painting, tattoos, nail-painting, kids’ tombola, adult tombola, gift stall for children, hot dog stall and £1 stall stocking fillers.

There will also be a silent auction.

Santa, accompanied by an elf, will make a special appearance at the fair and every child under 12 will receive a gift.

Meanwhile, children will be able to buy raffle tickets to try to win an iPod Shuffle.

The tickets, which cost 25p or five for £1, will be available from the schooloffice from Monday, December 1.

A Christmas Word Scramble ticket can also be bought for 20p and the winning entry will receive a fantastic prize.

Donations to the tombola must be handed into the school by Friday, December 5.
