School fund-raising plea

GLASSFORD Primary PTA are hosting a special charity event to raise funds for the school.

The event will be held in Glassford Public Hall on Wednesday, November 12, at 7.30pm.

Various stalls will be selling bodycare goods, partylite candles, gift cards, wrapping paper, photo frames, memo blocks, Christmas wreaths and decorations.

Tickets costing £2 can be purchased on the night or through contacting the primary school.

Goods must be paid for on the night with cash, or by credit/debit card payments.

Raffles will be sold, and the organisers are also looking for donations for prizes.

Any donations can be handed into the school or Lynn’s Shop.
