Special day for school

UDDINGSTON’S Aitkenhead Primary School will hold an open day next month to mark its 20th anniversary.

There are also plans to hold a display to depict the last two decades at the school.

The event will take place on Tuesday, November 18, at the school.

Head teacher Elaine Coyle said this week: “We would love to hear from former pupils and members of staff who may have photographs or other memorabilia which could be used as part of a display depicting the last 20 years.”
