College to host school leavers courses

SOUTH Lanarkshire College in East Kilbride are to hold a new course for school leavers this month.
It starts at the college on June 23 and offers practical tasters in painting and decorating, hair and beauty, hospitality and business skills. There will also be motivational training, IT/Multimedia, literacy and numeracy, communication and personal development.
Those who attend will receive a training allowance. Zone Card/bus pass expenses will also be paid.
