Two arrested after mugging

TWO men were arrested after a terrified shop assistant was robbed in Hamilton.

The 55-year-old was walking along Low Waters Road when the alleged muggers snatched her handbag and its contents last Friday at 3.45pm.

A 28-year-old man and 17-year-old youth were arrested in connection with the incident.
