Teenager banned for drink driving

AN UDDINGSTON teenager has been fined and disqualified for drink driving.

Greig Cullen (17), of Woodhead Crescent, admitted driving a car in Gartcosh Walk, Bellshill on July 19 this year with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

At Hamilton Sheriff Court last week, Sheriff Rae Small fined Cullen £230 and disqualified him from driving for 15 months.
