Accused who threw radiator at woman is freed by court

A 37-YEAR-OLD man who threw a radiator at a Hamilton woman in her home has been admonished.

Mark Louden, of no fixed abode, admitted throwing the appliance at Agnes McCulloch at her Ann Street house on December 4 last year.

Louden committed a breach of the peace by placing Ms McCulloch is a state of fear and alarm.

At Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff David Bicket admonished Louden, noting he had been of good behaviour over the past seven months.
