Remanded till trial
A HAMILTON man last week denied damaging a window in a woman’s home by striking it with his arm.
John Allan (29), of 58 Dryden Street, is accused of recklessly damaging the window in Stephanie Lynch’s home in Ann Street on May 10.
He also denied assaulting Richard Billen there by punching him on the head.
At Hamilton Sheriff Court Sheriff Danny Scullion set the trial date for June 5.
Bail was refused and Allan was detained in custody meantime.
