Admission of assault

A TEENAGER has admitted assaulting a woman.

Jamie Weir (19), of Candermill Road, Stonehouse, seized Katherine Gilmour’s throat at The Loaning, Larkhall, on February 18 last year.

At Hamilton Sheriff Court last week Weir pleaded guilty to the assault. He was admonished by Sheriff John Miller.
