Two men were stabbed in the early hours of Christmas Day after a brawl outside a pub.
The two, aged 26 and 31, were seriously injured during the incident outside Carriages Public House at the Millersneuk Shopping Centre in Lenzie, East Dunbartonshire, at 1.55am.
Both were initially treated at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, but the 26-year-old has since been transferred to the Gartnavel Hospital for further treatment and the 31-year-old has been discharged.
Police said investigations are continuing into the "large scale disturbance" and have urged anyone with information to contact them.
Detective Constable John Laurie said: "Our inquiries are under way in order to establish the circumstances of this incident which we believe involved around 12 people.
"I'd like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity at the time and witnessed the disturbance or anyone who has information that could help identify those responsible."
