SNP 'committed to free OAP care'

Free personal care for the elderly is "here to stay" in Scotland under the SNP Government, Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon is to declare.

Ms Sturgeon will use her speech to the SNP spring conference in Aviemore to restate the party's commitment to the policy.

It comes as politicians in England are looking at the best means of providing care for the country's growing elderly population.
