Hung parliament 'the best scenario'

A hung parliament would be the best outcome for Scotland in the general election, Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said.

Ms Sturgeon, also the SNP deputy leader, said there would be "no better scenario" than that.

She spoke out at the opening of the SNP spring conference in Aviemore, which began with a minute's silence for former leader Billy Wolfe, who died on Thursday.
