Five face court after drugs raids

Cannabis plants with a potential street value of £600,000 have been seized in a series of police raids, it was disclosed.

Officers recovered about 2,000 plants after swooping on six addresses in Edinburgh Wednesday.

The searches were part of an intelligence-led investigation into South East Asian crime gangs in the capital.
