Man in court charged with murder

A man is due to appear in court in connection with the murder of a mother of three whose body was discovered in undergrowth.

Mary McLaren, 34, went missing following a night out with her sister at Fat Sams nightclub in Dundee on February 25.

The body of the married woman was found on an embankment near the city's Ladywell roundabout last Wednesday, almost two weeks later.
