Devolution proposals to be revealed

The UK Government is due to reveal how it plans to take forward proposals to enhance devolution in Scotland.

A white paper will be published setting out the Government's response to the Calman Commission, which examined the powers of the Scottish Parliament.

And Scottish Secretary Jim Murphy is due to make a statement to the House of Commons on the issue.
