Call centre jobs secured
More than 1,500 jobs have been secured at a call centre group, it has been announced.
Four contracts worth over £85 million were agreed at beCogent, which has its head office in Airdrie.
About 1,000 jobs were secured in the Lanarkshire town when contracts were renewed by Virgin Media and home shopping company JD Williams.
