A pensioner has launched a legal challenge over property tycoon Donald Trump's new golfing resort which now threatens her Aberdeenshire home.
Molly Forbes, 85, is lodging papers with the Court of Session in Edinburgh claiming proper procedures were not followed for approving recent planning applications to develop the golf course at Menie.
She is challenging Aberdeenshire Council's decision to approve six planning applications for the site including the green light to plant marram grass - effectively starting work on the golf course being developed by Trump International Golf Links Scotland.
