Tax rise 'may hit businesses hard'

Business could face a £1 billion bill if Scotland were to raise all its own taxes, it has been claimed.

And it was argued that individuals might also have to calculate their tax bills.

The claim came in a Scotland Office briefing paper published on the day of the Queen's Speech.
